Mark is Director and co-founder of JP Recruitment Solutions. His experience stretches across the banking and recruitment sectors. Having started his career in retail banking he subsequently moved into corporate banking at Barclays Bank PLC. From there he moved to a national recruitment firm and demonstrated his talent by building out a specialist banking division from a standing start. Having co-founded JP Banking Solutions in 2007 the evolution of both his network and industry at large triggered the creation of JP Recruitment Solutions. Mark prides himself on the strength and depth of the relationships he continues to build in the market.

Lola is a senior recruitment professional with 20 years’ experience in the industry. Her experience ranges from retained assignments to contingent search and volume recruitment. She previously worked at director level for a national recruitment firm running teams across the UK. She is now joint owner and operator at JP Recruitment Solutions and was instrumental in its creation. Lola retains her directorial role at the parent company JP Banking Solutions. Across both businesses she continues to place the client at the centre of everything she does.
